The insurance adjuster's job is to deny or lowball the claim to save the company money. If you don't know what to do before, during, and after a claim, you'll be sorry, because the adjuster will lay many traps. If you say or do the wrong thing, you may get partial repair, a shoddy repair, or no repair at all.
